Our reception is opened daily from 8.00 am to 4.30 pm. For your convenience inform our staff about your exact arrival time at least 24 hours before your arrival. In case of a delay contact us by phone at +43 (0) 1-712 10 68

Cancellation

Your booking can be cancelled free of charge until 3 days before your arrival. Later cancellations are charged 50 % of the booking fee. If you don't arrive without notification the entire price will be charged. Please note, that other conditions apply if you booked your room from a third party booking platform.
